This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Tourly, operated by Bugs Monkey. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro-level access. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service before subscribing to ensure it meets your needs.
You may request a full refund under the following conditions:

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription after the refund window, you will retain access until the end of the annual period but will not receive a prorated refund.
If you downgrade to a lower plan, no partial refund will be issued for the difference. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, after which the new lower plan takes effect.
If Tourly experiences a significant service outage (defined as complete unavailability for more than 24 continuous hours in a calendar month), you may be eligible for a prorated credit at our discretion. This credit will be applied to your next billing cycle and is not redeemable for cash.

We have no control over the processing time on the payment provider's or bank's end.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage contacting us directly — we are committed to resolving payment issues fairly and promptly.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Tourly after changes constitutes acceptance.
