New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Pro-level access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the Service will be restricted until a paid plan is selected. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offering at any time.
Tourly offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) billed monthly or annually. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before renewal.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Usage beyond your plan's limits (scripts or monthly trace events) will result in the excess being blocked or silently dropped. We are not liable for any consequences of limit enforcement.

Tourly and all associated technology, branding, and content are owned by Bugs Monkey. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes.
You retain ownership of the walkthrough content (step text, titles) you create. By using Tourly, you grant us a licence to store and serve that content as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of Tourly is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the trace analytics system on your website complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP Act), including providing appropriate cookie notices and consent mechanisms to your end users.

Tourly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugs Monkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Tourly. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bugs Monkey and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Tourly, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may cancel your account at any time from your Billing page. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR_CITY, STATE], India.
